Well, I suppose we shall have to leave it at that then (one finds it hard to contend with one's own self-admissions).
I would still like to know what the 'excess' energy is in quantifiable units, be those units in 'stones', horsepower, kWH, Joules, etc.
I'l make it simple: Put in 10 units, get out how many units ... 15, 20 or ??????

Um.... SAR.... CAS....MMMM.( it never seems to work as well in print) I also have a free energy device in my back yard- It took 20 minutes to build and draws power from the void- just ask my neighbors - it completely drains all there electrical appliances.

Hmmm .... since an outside, nearly limitless energy 'source' (wind) is used, wouldn't this mask any ZPE that might happen to be produced?
Is there sufficient instrumentation (with sufficient accuracy and recently calibrated by a lab with standards traceable to NIST) in the apparatus to differentiate between ZPE produced versus the 'wind' power input?
This would be earth-shaking if proven true
