I should read more carefully... i see now that you are saying when this was recorded was dismal, not when the song was released. i have no problem with that because after pornography i have no use for the cure until disintegration. i thought you were saying 17 seconds was bad...and i was gonna habe to go to that on that. :-)

@MowgliX WTH are you talking about? This is The Cure at their minimalist best!!! The low-fi, low tech despair and angst and hollow empty space (especially in M and A Forest) is right there with everything else they have done. Sometimes less is more.
