cant they just use taxadermy heads every time instead of killing so many poor animals ever time? It would still be scary for a little girl to be in a room full of taxidermy heads.. Its frightening watching them chop off their heads. :(

the sacrifice of 108 buffaloes and goats is done because the goddess should be courageous and its one of her tests to show her fearlessness.
