First,do the Warm-Up:
Rotations around the waist, head, and feet. 10 counterclockwise and 10 clockwise.
Figure 8 drill: 10 forward and 10 reverse
Drops: 10 front/back and 10 side-to-side
10 strong game-like chest passes
Then you will do:
Round 1. Push-ups
Round 2. Lunges
Round 3. Flutter Kicks
Round 4. Rear Plank
Round 5. Pull-ups
You will do as many PUSH-UPS as you can for a "HAIL MARY" then you will rest for a "HAIL MARY."
You will do this five times. So you will have completed 5 sets of PUSH-UPS before moving on to the next exercise. We are using the Prayers as a timer. If you can't watch the video, listen to the prayers, or say them, then just do 5 SETS OF AS MANY REPETITIONS AS YOU CAN.
Once you have completed all five rounds:
DRIBBLE for 5 minutes. Keep your head-up, practice crossing over, going between your legs and behind your back. Practice with your non-dominant hand!!!
DRIBBLE and SHOOT for 5 minutes. Practicing driving and shooting.
SHOOT for 5 minutes. Shoot set shots and free throws.
