What tools did you use?

I tend to use anything I can get my hands on for the first 90%. After that, there is one dental tool I prefer, it has a small offset circular pad one end and a long narrow blade the other. Cheers.

One last question: how did you made the eyes?
The look very realistic?

The eye was created by using different depths of clay to reflect the light accordingly. I used a small flat nosed tool for this, like the shaft of a small paint brush.
