    nah can't get it from a dead-hang or midpoint yet. Interesting that you can do that though, post up a vid

  • @nba8340 Well, can you do a full one arm chin up from deadhang with your chin a little bit over the bar (your shoulder don't touch the bar though)? Becuz me i can but i can't do the midpoint to high top chin ups. (Lol!)

  • @monkeris maybe like 15 strict ones 20 semi strict, nothing too crazy but i hardly if ever do pull ups for high reps, usually just go weighted if anything

    being leaner now and less bw def. helps also

  • How many pullups could you do in a good day?
