Rita has provided consultation to companies, universities and associations on best practices and principles of people focused leadership. During her 25 year career with Southwest Airlines, Ms. Bailey served in several key management positions. As Director of the University for People, she was responsible for the design, delivery and support of leadership, career services and professional/personal development for 32,000 Employees. As HR Manager, she developed strategic recruiting, outsourcing, benchmarking and diversity initiatives for a 10 state region. As Sales/Marketing Director, she was responsible for all travel agency sales, corporate, vendor and community relations. She also held positions as Public Relations Manager and Customer Service Representative. Rita twice received the Southwest Airlines President's Award for Outstanding Achievement. Rita lives the philosophy that work should be FUN. Her passion is to help organizations focus on strategies that put People first and create positive work environments.
