Did this to my brother when we were younger. Worked like a charm.

I'm on my iPod and accidentally hit flag instead of comment!!! I'm so sorry! I'm not trying to show I hate Chris Benoit, he's one of my favorites, back then everyone was on steroids, even Cena, they even said that when he did what he did he had the state of mind of an 80 year old plus the steroids made it worse, he had no idea what he was doing

even if u would tap out,benoit still would want you to feel the wrathh

Easy move to lock in... Ive been doin on my friends since elementary school in the front yard haha.

I am a wrestling fan as much as anyone. The reason that people tapped out from the CC was because it was in the script. There is no way if Benoit faced Lesnar in a real fight that Benoit would win. The thing that I didn't like about how Benoit did the CC was because you could easily tell that his opponent's arm wasn't really trapped between his legs. At any moment the opponent could move his arm. It is also easy to break out of the CC. You just have to swing your whole body in front of you

And the reason being that the Crippler Crossface is way to easy to escape from in a realistic situation where as the LeBell lock is done from an omoplata position which makes it incredibly difficult to get out of.

I'm sorry but anyone who know's anything about Jiu Jitsu knows that the LeBell lock is way better than the crippler crossface. However I will say that without a doubt Benoit was ten times the wrestler Daniel Bryan is.

R.I.P.

@themagnifikone the crossface is way better than the labell lock any day

@1234dragonsky it annoys me to think anyone could be so foolish, but then i ralise your probably some 10 year old, and you don't really know shit about legends like benoit. swagger came up in '08, benoit was dead in '07 , they're a generation apart, and benoit on his worst day, is far far greater than swagger ever will be.
Did Kurt Angle and Benoit ever have a bad match together? Remember one at either Royal Rumble 2002 or 2003 that was just awesome. Sadly it's let down a bit by Scott Steiner vs. Triple H being on the same card that night.

@TopDog69
It was Royal Rumble 2003, and it was epic.
But unfortunately, the PPV also had
HHH vs Steiner, and Torrie Wilson vs Dawn Marie.
