zens suck i had the original 5 gb micro and it broken within 9 months, i got a full refund (from walmart not creative). then i got the 8gb microphoto and it broke after the 2 year warrenty ended. i hate creatives

Update. I just took a sledgehammer to it and killed it. It felt good to annihilate this piece of shit mp3 player. If anyone wants the battery and charger, let me know. I'll sell it to you cheap.

I have one and it's fucked too. The sound fades out on it. I have to press on the top right corner to get it to work properly. My sister has a zen v and it's a piece of shit too. Funny my 30gig ipod video from 2006 still works great. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Creative products.

i bought one of these and i actually really hate it, its really thick and the screen is tiny, oh and the sound quality is pretty crappy
