Hi, So why Resistance Band Training?

Here are some of the benefits.
All movement is resisted making you work harder and more effective. Resistance is provided through
all directions of movement
RBT is very portable, you can train almost anywhere. Environment and lack of equipment is not an issue.
RBT can be very intense, they eliminate the lack of time issue
Different bands provide different forces so you can perform strength, endurance power and speed training
by changing a band. The black bands used for the pull-push system provided over 80lbs.
RBT workouts will speed up your metabolism and burn more fat
Controlling the eccentric part of the movement significantly reduces the chances of injury
Also great for stretching and improving flexibility
RBT will transform your body into a more explosive, rock hard, faster reacting functional machine
Fitting in with my principles of quick workouts and more bang for your buck the majority of this video was
using 40 seconds work intervals with 20-40 seconds rest between.
