Excellent video. It is hard to see peaceful works these days.
I happened to know Thai people and I admire Thailand and Thai people. They smile, they are humble, they are united under their king, they have freedom for religions (especially for muslims, I believe).
Thai people! do not loose your strength: Together is stronger. After we learn each other actually Budists and Muslims are very much close in many toughts.

I admire your work---you should cover how some leaders there are doing the whole "IT's those damn Buddhists" jihad is easier w/ a religious difference as a catalyst. Also some radio broadcasts in the S. by relig. leaders should be noted as spreading hate as well. The bottom line---very few people can grasp the S. dialect and culture and report fully on what is going on.

Actually the problem in the S. was identified very early like the 60s and 70s ironically by a Chinese policeman who stated in an essay the issue was $ and unemployment. AT the same time people have to acknowledge that the business "types" sometimes are not compatible with the Muslim way of life which generally cannot be compromised due to faith.

Even as an American of Thai descent were I to make the same remarks I would be labelled as an "anti-democratic" Thai. Only keen western observers can make comments and have their voices heard.
