the strut was my old phone i had it for 2 days and i never droped it or any thing and i was texting 2 of the keys fell oyt and i took the phone into verizon and they said i droped it and i said look at the phone is there any marks on it and they said no but we need something to put in to the computer so i got a new phone the SCOOP wich really sucked now i ha ve a phone that i have had for 2 days and it rocks!!!

Umm, T-mobil isnt all that, Verizon is much better with their phones, we have the Krave, the dare, Voyager, Glyde, Rogue, Storm, Saga, Omnia, HTC touch pro, HTC diamond, VX6900, idk what phone you have, it may be a janky verizon phone, lol, where did u get it?
