  • I technically am doing a goblet squat in this video, I should have the bell in the rack position. My head is also a little too far back in my opinion. Try looking at something that is in front of you and keep your eyes on it. This will ensure good neck positioning.

  • thanks for the explanation, is there a reason for you looking upwards while going down? I ask because during a trainer seminar the instructor said we should not do this since it is a sign of a tight neck and trap. looking up then creates space for the plexus cervicalis. would you agree with this?
