They're are French Herding dog who almost came extinct in WWII. They were introduced to the U.S. by Winn Dixie and from that point on more and more started to come. Now around 200-300 Picards in the U.S. Still really rare in the World, even France sadly. Try Silver glen Ranch in Wichita, Kansas
