Pivot Grab - Yoshi

Neutral grab, neutral B, and running grab are all shown here first so speed can be compared.

While this technique may be a small help to some characters, it is huge for Yoshi. The pivot grab completely eliminates the wind up and retraction lag of his throw, which essentially made it the worst in the game. Now, however, Yoshi's movement is only impaired as long as the tongue is out. Comes out instant, ends when it should, and has increased range.

How do you do the quick turn-around grab?

I know most of Yoshi's tricks except how to do that...

Yup, and it has a lot less recovery time compared to standing grabbing.

yes yes, the laser scope, made by konami for NES, its pretty much the light gun, but on your head, with a reticule on your eye, and a mic to fire the thing, with headphones to boot. It has the same audio plug, so you can use it for mp3 or anything, now that I think of it, i wonder if the mic would work for something like the iphone. anyway, doesn't matter, because its impossible to find. Search the video the angry nintendo nerd did, with nes accessories.

my first yoshi game was yoshi story, I was rather fond of the red ones. (G&W is not ipod friendly), I like nintendo, and I still want a laser scope! look it up with angryVGnerd . com  under nes accessories, hehehe. I think its cool. but then again, i am a little weird

i didnt know you could use laser scope or game and watch to listen to listen to your i pod

and your right yoshi did look stupi in melee to me his head seemed big and looked like a cartoon T-rex

believe it or not i used to think yoshi was purely gay until i remembered that my first game i ever really beat was Yoshi's island two which is the best yoshi game ever with yoshi story coming behind it

and i always did better with the yellow yoshi in every game i could play as him

when i saw brawl yoshi, I was so happy to see him look cool. I mean, i love super mario yoshi, but in melee, he looked stupid. hehe, yoshis! I need to own a game & watch, any of them, and the NES laser scope, so i can listen to my ipod with it ^^

super mario bros 2! or the same people that made Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic (because it is the same game O_O)... Imagine if we talked with our privates... THAT WOULD BE SOO COOL!! and we could play soccer with our wangs! and sing when we master the baits of fish!... Nintendo is awesome
