I would like to buy a tanning device/bed to get enough vitaine D, but I do not know which one to buy and which kind of lamps are good. The EU is forcing lamps on us that have MERCURY in them, and i laready have too high levels of mercury in my body, so i would rather avoid those. If anyone knows more, please give me a IM or reply (so i can see it in my inbox) ..Thanx alot ahead!
I tanned for 25 years and I was the most healthy!!! Soon as I stopped tanning in beds I got Fibro/Cfs, I say keep on tanning!! HAPPY I saw this, will use a safe tanning bed!!
You don't have to get sun all over your body, just a small area. You can always wear a hat to avoid face and chest. My 80 year mother just sits on her patio and suns her legs for 10 minutes a day while reading a book. You can alternate different areas, a little on face and arms one day, then front of legs onother day, then back. In the end you are absorbing the sun regularly, but not enough on the same area to get sun dammage. 10-15 minutes is nothing. True sun freaks tan for hours!
@vintagesugar82 I suggest you have a look at the comment from ewingful--> It's likely because she didn't tan in moderation or responsibly. But here's a well known fact that I would also like to point out to everyone: Wrinkles are not deadly. Yeah that's right. they won't kill you. It might put a dent in your narcissistic vanity but wrinkles are not bad for your health. OVER EXPOSURE .....I repeat....OVER EXPOSURE can lead to pre mature aging. If you DO NOT have a science background then shutit!
It's about time! Thank you Doc! As for the comment below...I feel sorry for you. Educate yourself. It IS safer as it's natural. Sun is the source of life on earth. Without it we would actually perish.

@vintagesugar82 Because she over exposed herself and did not tan in moderation.
