  • Your question whas what can WE do about it. First we need to notice the problem, the world is fine, its people that make it such a bad place. Animal testing, drugs, corruption, greed, i could go on forever. No that we have the problem ill tell you how to solve it (not encourging this or recommending it but its just my input), stick a loaded gun to your head and pull the trigger. The world would be a better place without humans. BLUNT ENOUGH FOR YOU?

  • @killertctma You know, I actually agree with some of what you say. The world IS a good place but it's the corruptive influences of corruption and greed inherent with mankind that can turn it into something terrible. Often people don't want to make the changes to turn thngs around - and sadly as a consequence people understandably lose faith in the lethargic, gluttonous and selfish face of humanity. However, I think we get so wrapped up in our many flaws that we forget about our many strengths.

  • (Ran out of room!) At the end of the day, whilst we have animal testing, drugs and corruption we also have charities and conservation projects, drugs that save lives, and generosity that surprises me daily. And that's just the small things. We're doing incredible things, but we get caught up in how 'incredible' we are and forget what really matters. As the video says 'I don't think of all the misery, but of all the beauty that still remains'. Thankyou for your comment though, it made me think :)

  • lovely, moving, and humbling

  • Thanks so much, as long as it's made at least one person just stop and think then I think this video's done its purpose :)

  • By far the best video ever made to this song. I've often wanted to do something similar. Namaste, and metta to all.

  • Great piece of art let's hope we start healing mother earth today and our fellow man / woman

  • Back in ancient Roman history, Rome would go on major conquests to attack other nations even though other nations hadn't done anything to them. Humans are capable of terrible things when it comes to greed. So it isn't hard to believe that the government would destroy two building to get support for a war on terror. Free your mind and look at the big picture. Why do you think the attack happened really early in the morning? The reason was to avoid as many casualties as possible

  • I think about this all the time,I wonder if there wasn't heaven and we were just stuck after we die. This is probably my favorite song ever, not because of the song itself but because of the message. What if this is the only thing close to heaven that we will ever get. We need to make some serious changes in our world and be prepared for the worst.

  • @killertctma ok so 250,000 - 400,000 years most point to 265,000 years as the best bet , so we r way over do for a evolving & that is why we see it coming so fast it is way over do. we are 1,000 - 100,000 years over do for this evolving. enjoy this time for time as we know it will end soon & a world powered by love & not fear will emerge...

  • @vishesfishes 250 thousand years? i think your off by quite a bit if you are talking about Homo sapiens. Homo erectus maybe.

  • @killertctma we have always been here the adams we r made of have always been

there were small mammals at the same time as dinosaurs large mammals r much newer as for humans we have not evolved from our present form in over 250 thousand years we r way over do for a evolving

earth is 4.5 billion years old & there r 3-4 ways to prove this

we r close the ripping apart of pangaea is way over what we have done so fare but not close to what we will be doing if we do not grow up

    i hug bonsai

  • @vishesfishes on contrary my friend the earliest record of humans (and all mamals for that fact) is only about 1million years ago (humans only for the past 25thousand years). before humans the only thing ruinging the world was natural disasters (aprox. 4 bil years, the length the earth has been here). The last 25thou. years humans have done more damage than all recorded disasters alone. No im not a tree hugger. I just educate myself before talking. ;)

  • @killertctma we have all ways been here just not in this form, energy can not be destroyed or created only changed idk 6 billion rotting humans may not help the earth out. its the culture & the systems humans live in,not the humans they r just animals like all the rest.it is the social order that has been set by the organisms over time that is killing them & the organism they r a part of.we r 1 with the planet wether we r a cancer or a normal healthy cell in a organism,we r 1 living organism. :)

  • @vishesfishes i might have misunderstood what you were saying but i took it as you meant the world needs us. We haven't been here forever and from "scientific records" the world was a better greener place before humans.
