  • 0:50 - Yeah I'm pretty sure he pointed that out douche

  • If you perform the technique correctly than there is no way someone will stay right on their feet. first off they shoot in, so they're off balance. And second, you lean with your entire body weight on his back. He won't keep standing if he really wanted to take you down.

  • terrible sprawl you are supposed to drive your hips to the ground

  • a sprawl should be alot more agressive than that. you should chuck your legs out and push your hips to the floor. then he won't be taking you down

  • not a good sprawl or scenario...

  • This guy does not know what he is talking about. And he is afraid of Wrestlers.

  • people are forgetting that yes mma is a sport and very fun but at the end of the day its self defence such as boxing is a sport but its mainly something to teach you how to defend your self such as wrestling.

  • this is a good takedown...but if u did this on the street and it went wrong..things would go bad for you VERY quickly

  • u can't knee a downed opponent to the face. it's illegal in UFC

  • @lococavasa I wonder why they don't allow knees from that position? Is it worrying about broken collar bones?

  • @naxyz You carry guns around for the hell of it? Where do you live? I wanna move there.

  • @AsianStyled yes it is
