michelle phan is good with make up. I think she's the best in doing make up. However, I am sure queenie has better skin. If you see michelle's skin WITHOUT any makeup, i don't think her skin is great at all. even in her "skincare" tutorials, i swear she has foundation on her skin to makes it looks better though it suppose to be her "bare" skin. queenie's skin texture wise is so pretty!
