Jill Greenberg Lighting

Update ( Sorry: almost 3 years since the original video was uploaded!!!) :

For the Lighting setup, I could be wrong for the setup but this is the best I could set with only 6 lights which I had at this photo shoot.

For the processing, it is a technique that I read, trying to simulate her style and I do not know how it was actually done.
