The Typhoon 3D, FlyCamOne2, And A Hat Cam

This is a flight of the Typhoon 3D with FlyCamOne2 attached to it. The flight is also recorded via a hat cam from a Cannon Powershot SD850 IS digital camera.

The onboard video camera is called FLYCAMONE2. I purchased it online at the following rc site.

whats the difference betweem the original and the second edition? I have the original, and iv been lookin on youtube and al i can tell the difference is the wing shape and the engine is quieter on the T2.

Anyone know?

T2 has a lipo battery the T1 has NiMH, T2 side force generators and the T1 does not, T2 black controller and the T1 green. Other than that they are the same. The Typhoon 2 replacement parts will work on the Typhoon 1. I know as I use T2 parts on the T1.

Do the side force generators make much of a difference? If so, in a good way?

The side force generators give the plane lift when doing a knife edge manuver. So yes, they do help. You dont actually need the SFG's to knife edge, but it makes it easier to do for the newer pilots.

I have a flycam one 2 too!

But mine flycam make me crazy!!!

My flycam isn't working!!!

When I turn it on ... nothing happens!

If I turn it off and connect it to my pc it goes in the pc mode.

But I can't change the mode!

THIS BUG SUCKS!!!
