I've been rewatching all the episodes of ER and then when Susan left to find Susie I figured something was missing since they acted like it was no big deal in the next episode, so I looked it up & sure enough I find this. Thank you for posting :)
I wish Susan took Susie back with her, she was always a better mother to her anyways, Chloe doesnt deserve that little girl!

They should have added this episode as a "Bonus Episode" on the Season 8 DVD set of ER, I just watched the Brothers and Sisters episode and had to search for this episode just to finish watching. Adding this episode onto a series like ER, would definitely boost sales on Third Watch DVD's, no one I know remembers that show, even though it was on for 6 years, but everyone remembers ER.
