  • Actually, the rest of your quote was "I don't want to live in a country where people's lives are bought and sold by an industry. That's shameful. We are one of the only industrialized nations that puts a price on people's lives this way." I did you a favor by shortening your diatribe.

  • Obama has no Constitutional right to touch health care, the auto industry, banking, etc. Nor should he be using taxpayers money to form another branch of government such "Orgasmize for America" o0r support it. He has not right to appoint Czars for anything either.

The Kenyan is bad for this country.

  • If they payed good, I would join. But since its volunteers, and its not actually an army, screw it.

    Pretty funny.

  • that guy sucks at organizing

  • He says "we are grassroots", and then he says, "our group was formed by the white house". Do these people even have a brain.

  • This is college graduate material or we talking to high school frosh?

  • @Wearechangevirginia

Im currently enrolled in college and I agree. It seems as if the professors have made it their personal mission to brainwash/manipulate as many ignorant, misinformed students ( which is an overwhelming majority of them) as they can.

  • THANKS FOR THE INFO! I wish I could pick your brain on this, because unfortunately I was born in the 80's and have not had the time or experience to really grasp the history of health care insurance in this nation. I always thought on thing was odd. With any other type of insurance, you buy it in the hopes you'll never have to use it, and if you wanted to, you'd have to get into an accident to use it. With health insurance, it's equivalent to buying auto intending to crash right off the bat.

  • Nixion pored large amounts of government subsidies into the HMO act of 73 that would grant money to the corner cutting companies, but also tie them to increased government regulation for accepting the cash. While you didn't have to receive government cash and accept regulation, companies that didn't then suffered from an un-even playing field. Nixion had his hand in a lot of health care reform that didn't turn out well, like medicare. let's cut the red tape.
