Beer of the Week Vol. 3 - Affligem Dubbel

I had this beer at a little local bar in Madrid, Spain when I lived there. I fell in love with the sweet deep flavour and was ecstatic to find Dubbel in pints at BevMo. The "Blonde" 16oz bottles of Affligem are good too and a better bargain than the dubbel, but the deeper flavour goes great with desserts - specifically chocolate, as many Belgian beers are meant to. If you find it on tap ever - pay for it! You wont regret it!

sorry, but it is the same beer. On tap tastes diffrent than from the bottle. It is for an othet type of consumer. cheers anyway.

if you ever find it on tap, which you almost certainly won't with affligem, don't try it....bounnd to taste worse than from the bottel...glad you enjoyed it though
