  • A fantastic, uplifting track and Frances deserved all the accolades that she received. I'm not sure about those sales for the single - it reached a lowly No 17 and only spent 9 weeks inside the Top 75, not an achievement that normally warrants silver status in the UK. Anyhow, a classic 90's dance tune that reeks of hope, happiness and fervour, something sadly lacking these days. It may be time for a re-release?
