@notaroundme that ticket would easily be beaten in court, and you officer would then be sued for criminal false arrest and theft and or damages incurred as a result of that false arrest. @notaroundme We aren't driving. We are traveling, a god given unalienable right. The legal definition of driving according to Black's law dictionary is something along the lines of moving people or products for profit as a corporation or part of one. Unless we produce identification that indicates we are a corporation by a title in ALL CAPS we remain a free man or woman and have the right to travel as we please. You should brush up on your law and stop concerning your self with petty statutes.

@jeffbutti Ok. I'll tell you what. Come to south Florida with that tag and I'll write you the ticket for not having a Florida tag properly displayed. If you don't have a registered tag for your vehicle then your stepping out of your vehicle and it's being towed. No assigned tag/reg....no driving. Any paper work outside your insurance and registration and your Florida D/L? Keep it in your car because I don't need it and won't look at it.

il ive in the uk ,and love all this stuff only been on it for about a week and all ive not put anything in affect i feel like im floating in the sense that i can feel the chains coming loose , i feel free although not technically yet , but in my pusuit how do i find these documents to travel the land and as im not probably clever enough to proply understand an affridavit do i really need to understand absolutely everything thats on it to put it in to effect

If the police know , there is some kind of right or law that it is ok to drive without a tag on your car then the police officer is breaking the law and the Constitution of the united states by trying to fraudulently issue a subpoena to court, and should be prosecuted for false arrest.
