This movie was a friggin' joke! Guile is s'pposed to be American and is s'pposed to have his traditional flat-top. Pretty much every character in this movie sucked, although Raul Julia as Bison stole the show

The only character they got right in the movie was Vega. Other than that, this movie fuckin' sucked!!

it would be good if they made a sequel of this film. probably since the death of Raul Julia aka M. Bison, they couldn;t find anyone to play M.bison.
