I'm not a teen, but I have contemplated suicide many times since I was a teenager up until now. It's like physical wounds heal over time, but emotional wounds are sometimes so deep it feels like they just stay open. Sometimes our own mind is our worst enemy because we will have thoughts like "I'm so stupid" "nobody loves me" "I will never be anything" "i am so alone" "I feel worthless" ect.. And other times people have serious chemical imbalances and clinical depression that they can't control.
