@Leo240sx Well, more accurately, it puts the car in a more aggressive shifting mode. It will shift down a gear or two if you blip the throttle. It's not quite as effective as the S (sport) mode in a BMW, but then the Lexus was made to be both luxurious and possess decent performance. The Lexus is smoother and gives a very linear acceleration. It's very cool to watch because it seems like no matter what speed your doing, you press the pedal and get the same, smooth but quick acceleration.

@meanmachinex16 if your referring to the ECT PWR switch than it does not add HP whatsoever. What it does it hold the revs at a higher rpm than in Eco mode

@MadeGold123 as i said in my comment that power switch is 20 hp and idk how ur driving it but if you down shift and get it from the right roll ud feel a huge diff .. my cars broken in so its a bit more responsive than normal 02 scs

you guys can quit arguing the newer ones come in 280 hp 04-02s came 280 hp with a power switch that added 20 hp so its a total of 300 I HAVE ONE THATS HOW I KNOW... not everything u look up online is accurate

its 300hp under old hp regulations and 288 on the new ones that came out a couple years ago.

i freaken love this carr!!..still not amazing numbers though ;)
