This Illini team is one of the best teams I've ever seen. Why didn't they crush UNC you ask? James Augustine "fouled out" in the first 7 minutes of the game and the refs gave Sean May free reign to bang and buck around in the paint

You Illini fans are some of the dumbest fans I've encountered, and it's not even close. We've destroyed Michigan State the last few years like a rented mule, and even their fans don't whine about us like you all do. I miss a team like this 1, where we could constantly score, and never be worried. I remember in their loss to OSU, I kept thinking, they'll win, but they didn't, and that's what I wish we could have back is a "oh we won't lose."
