NYC Subway Queens Blvd Line Roosevelt Ave to Grand Ave Eastbound Express (Aborted)

A little reprise of my video taking an E express train on the Queens Blvd Line eastbound from Queens Plaza where a previous video suffered from a dirty window. This trip was taken in an R42 when they were still on the E.

Unfortunately track work in the Grand Ave area was requiring trains to have to crawl through a work zone, which of course caused the trains on the express track to stack up. I aborted my video after 8 minutes of futility and resumed once we got through the work area.

This stretch of the Queens Blvd line proved to be a real nemesis. Every time I went out to video it there was something wrong. In three tries I got a dirty window, then signal problems and here I got track work.
