Bill Maher just doesn't get it! He doesn't understand that that we don't have free markets currently, we have a managed market controlled by an illegal entitity called the Federal Reserve. We need to go back to free markets without a Federal Reserve with some rules in place so there is no abuse in the free market

@Dekationz in canada government programs are in favor of marijuanna, whereas republicans up here are against marijaunna. Even ron paul doens't like pot, he just wants it legal on principle. I think pot is better for people than alcohol and I have nothing against it. What my question is: why do libertarians allow pharmacists and doctors red tape priviledges (prescriptions) over our freedoms to try different prescription drugs any time we want? Is some red tape good?

@canufi If you haven't tried it personally you're probably reciting government programs which are against cannabis for its metacognitive and introspective thought inducing qualities, basically: you question things. I agree it shouldn't be used before driving.

@canufi I doubt any store would accept it because that's a quick way to lose your liquor license, and losing your liquor license would lose you a lot more money than selling to "kids" would make you. Your hypothetical and unrealistic views make very little sense. You can't just break everything down in groups like "children" "libertarians" and "capitalistic business" because you completely throw out the individual and their personal responsibility. who is that kid 17? 8? 12? male? female?

@Dekationz marijaunna is more like cigarettes but might cause problems driving due to hallucinations so it should be treated like alcohol although it is safer probably. Doctors prescribe medications, not pharmacists - are you saying pharmacists should have more power and doctors a bit less power?
