they're indeed simple but it's the quality that counts. You'd be surprised (if you haven't heard of it) what simple, "childish" exercises Rachmaninoff did when practicing piano.

Smirnov's hand is on fire. His disengages are super accurate & any actions on the blade are crisp and directly to target. Timeless fencing...
