charlotte martin performs an acoustic version of 'The Dance' at the highline ballroom in new york city. 10/3/09. mad fast acoustic tour. the song has been played on 'so you think you can dance' and is a favorite for many. the original version has big drums and layers on layers...yet charlotte recreates that sound all by herself...and her piano. it's so cool to watch/hear and makes an already exciting, lyrical song that much more powerful. and props to ken andrews for doing the sound on the tour. enjoy!
