how concerned should we be about the fact that pregnancy can cause a false positive on the hiv test. the hiv test only looks for protein anti-bodies, the same ones that a woman produces during pregnancy. the hiv test does not find actual virus. the flu shot also produces the proteins that are looked for on the hiv test, again, causing false positives. please pray for all those who have been misdiagnosed with hiv.
