They had international chart success with the songs "Radar Love" in 1973, "Twilight Zone" in 1982, and "When The Lady Smiles" in 1984. In their home country, they had over 40 hits and made over 30 gold and platinum albums. Current members of Golden Earring are Barry Hay (vocals, guitar, flute and saxophone, member since 1968), George Kooymans (vocals and guitar, founder of band), Rinus Gerritsen (bass and keyboard, founding member), and Cesar Zuiderwijk (drums and percussion, member since 1970). Golden Earring have sold millions of albums worldwide, and they are one of the longest existing rock bands in the world that are currently performing in the same line up. 2011 marks the release of a new studio album.

  • took me twenty years to track this down but it was worth it a rare piece of artwork

  • this one´s so much from outer space!!! a great kind of the arts of musicianship. first heard it way back in 1977 or so, yeah when their live double-lp was released. it´s such a hunting tune it won´t let you loose any more. I love it I really do.

  • hab die Platte immer noch als Venylscheibe

  • lang lang ist es her, aber sound immer noch lebendig.

  • This is ******* Good version, just heard today.. anybody know where I can get a copy of Jangoline?? ( Was on Hearing Earring I think??) someone nicked it along with 600 other albums a few years ago!

  • I first heard of this group when I saw them at a small venue in Detroit in late 1969. They did this song and I was blown away by it. At the time, they were the loudest group I had ever seen. Of course they went on to more commercial things (Radar Love), but I still loved this era.

  • A lot of critics say this version of the song has too much musical flaws. A lot of critics should not be alowed to reproduce.

    Great music!

  • THX for Upload :-)
