First of all, the One-Child Policy only applies to Han Chinese. Tibetans and other ethnic minorities are excempt. The railway was build to help Tibet out of isolation and allow easy access in brining capital.
Do you have any proof that the hospitals they built are for forced abortion? The Chinese government built huge state hospitals not petty small clinics. I think you're just making up shit just to make yourself look legitimate but I'm not buying any of your false and invalid claims.

You think no government has done shit? All government in every country has dirty secrets to hide and USA, Europe, Canadna are no execption.
THe CCP is investing millions of dollars in developing and modernizing Tibet, building schools, hospitals, and infrustructure. How is that not caring about Tibetans.
The US, Canadian, and Australian government has done absolutely nothing to help their native people in preserving their culture and language so why don't you talk about that.
