Here's Alex, my beautiful nephew.
He was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and was unfortunately not a candidate for surgery, which means his condition is fatal. However, he is a little fighter and hanging in there longer than most.
Born 18th August 2009 - as at 2nd October he was about 6 1/2 weeks old.
Each day he has with us is precious and we're all making the most of our time with him.
