No such thing as a 2009 camaro... all 2010's.
-
Chevy tried to replace the Camaro with the SSR. When they didn't sell they went back to the Camaro.

they coulda done a better job designing the back of the car, which is fugly. the rest of it is pretty damn sharp. if i get one i will back it into my garage to avoid scaring the neighbors. I am a chevy guy but the new mustang is pretty sick. So what if it is a solid rear end... thats how muscle cars were meant to be.

Uh, you know these cars are built in Canada, right?

sweet commercial dude...have you tried sending it to chevy?
I'm a huge Camaro fan as I still have an 82Z and had an 81Z a few years ago, but it is taking way too long for GM to release this car. I think the release date to the public has been changed 3-4 times now. And GM wonders why their sales continue to suck? At least Ford got it right with the new stang. GM already screwed up the GTO a couple years ago.

Well, The release date to the public has not changed once. It has been Q1 2009 since the begining. Also I think it seems so long because there was not a current Camaro and it sparked more intrest than the normal concept would have. It will only be 3 years from when it got the green light to the time its on the lots. That is not alot of time to develope a completley new car from the ground up.

Also Challenger was based off a car that was already in production and it still almost took the same time to produce and they are limited the first year.
