great video. i have anxiety disorder as well, but the last few days it's been in check, been taking b 100 complex vitamins, therapy, and meditating. my trigger is when i i see a few cars that my anxiety kicks in, my brains says to be afraid of them, and then tries to make it seem like these cars are bigger then they appear. i think it may be thanks to all those times watching blues brothers with the car crash scene since i was never in a accident.. it does go away, but returns at random.

Having the same problem here that I am working on. I never had any fear of driving until about two years ago, when I had a full out panic attack and felt dizzy while driving on the highway, which made me have to pull off the road quick! I use to enjoy driving...and always had been a good driver..taking small steps and practice to get my confidence and comfort with driving back.

@msmustlovedogs Well, I just tell myself that each time I do something difficult, the next times will be easier. And it's so true! Probably because of using coping and therapy techniques while doing them.

i like what you said about having that so what attitude. when ive gotten through exposure and am dealing with the anxiety i tell myself "oh well" because its not like i can go back and fix what ive done (for ex. with my OCD and resisting my compulsions or engaging that "OCD monster")
its amazing what we can accomplish when we stand up to our anxiety! Great work!
