Vaughn Bode's Cheech Wizard in 'Trick'

An animated short by Nigel Hendrickson, with input from Mark Bode, Vaughn Bode's son. If you don't know Vaughn Bode or Cheech Wizard... do a search! Very influencial on the early graffiti letter styling evolution. The original comic was started in the late '60's, this is from 2003.

the animation is good and even though Mark's doing the voices, it still sounds better in my head....

I respect VB and his work and Mark and his stuff too, but that does'nt mean I'll blindly fall in line with accolades and praise just because he is who he is and is as talented as he is...a true fan and lover of the work will be honest, not just say what you want to hear or what that fan thinks you want to hear...not bad, but just keep working on it...

Absolutely terrific animation, more please. Bode designed the characters to work in full rotation, so it's cool to see them in 3-D.

But Cheech should sound like Jack Nicholson, or maybe Joe Pesci.

Wait, I remember this from NatLamp in the 70s...part of the point to it being a Time Distortion trick was Cheech saying something like "note how the pain in yer balls makes every second seem like an eternity..." And I had a friend who actually WAS a Punkerpan Bi-Pod model 1927...note the devastatingly chic, 9mm air-cooled helmet.
