The Nymburk Premiere Open crew wins their first round 500m race with a time of 2:01.74.

They wonn gold in the 500m grand final with a time of 1:57.10, silver in the 200m in 0:44.20, and bronze in the 2000m in 9:43.44.

  • They were taking it easy in this early round race. Normally they'd go a good deal faster. Also, there was a tail wind for most races at the WCCCs. The wind was so strong at one point during the 2000m races that they required crews to only use 18 paddlers to prevent additional swampings.

  • i was thinking the technique bending is not help much but its just slower the movement, look at the nymburk they did not bending much, and fast but deep,

  • Amazing, the lowest stroke rate (56 for the majority of the race) i've seen while still managing a 2:01 over 500m
