Basic Installation Steps:

#1 Download the image http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5203531/Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_Intel_AMD_...
#2 Create a new VirtualBox, select Mac OS X Server as the OS
#3 Create an expanding HDD of at least 10GB
#4 Mount the ISO image in VirtualBox
#5 You will initially see no disk drives to choose on the 'Select a Destination' Screen, go to 'Disk utilities' in the 'Utilities' menu. Either Erase the HDD or create a partition on it, and quit the Disk Utility.
#6 Be sure to unmount the ISO image after the machine restarts
#7 Don't enter your Apple ID or register the product, and enjoy!

  • thanks for the vid! the download link doesnt work any more, is there an alternate link? thanks!

  • @super002 It looks like the download page has been taken down. This may be due to legal reasons, or the page could simply be in the process of being updated. You could try going to the website and filling out their contact form for support.

  • hi mate....gud video...i will try this on my pc...so u r gona buy a new pc...i would suggest u go for apple...there products r expensive but of top class...

  • @kohatian1748 Cool, tell me how it goes. I do like Apple's products, however I have the choice between a low end iMac or a custom built machine with the latest i7 using Sandy Bridge. The new iMacs will probably have an i5 and Sandy Bridge in the low end model, though who knows when they will be released.

  • Do you still have it installed in your virtualbox? Because I was looking around the web for a vdi of MacOSX so I don't have to go through the installation process and all that.

So if you still have it on there, could you plz save the vdi image and upload it somewhere? And the torrent doesn't actually have that many seeds, so it's gonna take forever to download.

    Thanks for the review though.

  • Thanks, works like a charm!
