First time I heard Ivan Fischer, he was conducting a Cosi Fan Tutte convincingly, superior enough to make him the principal authority, in my opinion, for the interpretation of Mozart. I heard his Smetana and that is terrific too. I only hope that he will have more appointments with big orchestra as it brings a fresh wind to music we love.

Pretty good ensemble playing. The sound is not bad either.

This is a wonderful Haydn orchestra. However, I think I find Rattle's interpretations more interesting.
