They haven't demolished the stadium yet and I have a feeling they won't.maybe they could make it a museum,,,, that would be cool .I would definatley go Yankee fan 4 life

Who cares? The Yankees have won 8 titles since that home run, the Pirates have won 2. Also it's spelled Mazeroski. Also the Yankees should of won that WS anyways. Furthermore the Yankees won in 1961 and 1962 and the Pirates didn't make it back to the series until 1971.

so, you are reminding us of something that happened over 45 years ago, and did you know the yankees were going in a streak of like 3 or 4 world series appearances in a row?
no offense, but i don't think the pirates have even WON 3 world series

As soon Yankee Stadium will be gone, baseball will be dead. In my opinion.

Yankee Fans, Pause for a Moment of Silence On the Bill Mazorousky Home-run.
"The Thrill Of Victory". "The Agony Of Defeat"
"ABC WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS". Remember The Bill Mazorousky Home-run. Pittsburgh Pirates
beat the Yankees. So much for Yankee Tradition.....Return to "Forbes Field" in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The Yankees are a coward to return to "Forbes Field" to just watch where the Home-run ball landed over that infamous wall at Forbes Field. The Wall still exist today.

the yankees will never be the same, they just wont be our yankees! and i might even cry when they tear it down. The decades are Yankee Statium's vainse, and history is its blood. When walking into Yankee Statium, it feels so weard, like a Heart pounding moment, with the rumbles of the fans inside, and the cheers of "Lets go yankees!, running through the streats outside Yankee Statium, its a increadible feeling, and theres no other feeling like it! its like Christmas as a kid!
Why they want to shut down one of the best ballparks in MLB history? anybody want to team up with me and stop the people taking it down.
