  • @Nicsvideos96 deadlift engages your entire back, especially the lower back, tremendously.. you know nothing.

  • @amirulSewel122 lat pulldowns and and barbell press are two different exercises that target different muscles. you cannot work your lats by doing barbell shoulder presses.. deadlift engages the entire back, core and legs. mainly, the lower back, core and hamstrings... you know nothing.

  • This vid is awesome. like it, thanks for the info guys.

  • @MrNibiru10 Deadlifts are a compound exercise, which means that they work multiple muscles each repetition that is performed, they are not "ONLY for legs"... You will work certain muscle groups of your back if you do a deadlift with correct form and technique, as well as a few more upper and lower body muscle groups... And i agree working the legs is an important part of any weekly exercise routine

  • @Coniston2500 Try the lat pulldown machine :)

  • @Coniston2500 negative pull ups i got from 0 to 15 the first 3 were hardest i did negatives every time i got a chance :)

  • Lol, what if you can't do pull ups, what you do than to build towards that.

  • Number 1. You can do 'lats pull down' with your barbell at home which is called 'shoulder press'. Number 2. Deadlift is meant to lift with your legs not your back, just saying for your safety. Might get your back hurts for nothing.

  • You lift with your legs for deadlift not back..

  • @MrNibiru10 Low reps is for strength, mid range reps is for building and high reps endurance, cutting. Doing deadlifts properly works both back and legs, it hardly matters that during this exercise back works slightly less, if you consider that it is hard for the lower back to lift such large weights, you will see that plenty of stress applied on the muscles, thus stimulating them enough to call it a low back workout as well
