@JEEDAB123 no. if a ball is hit high enough it wont need spin to stop. Example: take a ball and simply drop it. Did it roll even though it had no spin? I don't think so. Hitting a ball high with high/low spin and hitting a ball low with high/low spin are just a few ways to....well.. hit a ball. Conclusion, a ball with a high enough trajectory won't run very far even with no spin.

how can that be true ? lob shots need to have more spin in order to land softer
