the issue with those traps is that they attract much more than they can catch. As they the Beetles can be attracted more than 500 yards away you are driving them to your yard. Place those traps as far away of your property as you can. for a very effective grub control you can Google "Milky spore". it's the best product by far that I have ever tested on grub and J. beetle control.

only the ones with those small snippers at there mouth. and they dont use them for chewing, thats not there mouth and they eat fruit not plants...
