Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has said over and over again that his crusade against public employee unions is about fixing the state budget, not about crushing the union or being part of a lager Republican movement to crush unions across the country. Journalist Ian Murphy calls Walker up, pretending to be conservative sugar daddy David Koch, and Walker sings a different tune. It's clear that this isn't about the budget.
