I get asked all the time which program I like using for reducing noise in my high ISO Photography. I think Lightroom 3 and Photoshop CS5 have some great noise reduction, making a lot of extra plugins for this not really somethign I use. It's pretty easy to setup in Lightroom. Just make a virtual copy and mask it in!

RC, so when you save the file in photoshop which version is it saving to back in Lightroom or does it not work like that?
